Its 8 kilometer long sandy beaches are known for their quality sand and clean sea. Therefore, it is no surprise that the Sand Festival takes place there giving artists, residents, tourists and children an opportunity to show their sculpting talent in the making of sand creations. The Cheese Festival is an event celebrating the Pag cheese and its place of origin – Kolan, a small coastal village. Cheese lovers watch out for wine and olive oil, the ultimate cheese companions. Even if you are not into cheese, you can still enjoy the rich cultural and entertainment program.
