Congrats to „Foša“ and „Kaštel“, very best restaurants in Zadar, which received special recommendations from Michelin Guide inspectors and have made it into the famous and prestigious Michelin Guide.
MICHELIN guide inspectors say:
FOŠA - A restaurant with a good local reputation which is classic in style, both in terms of its decor and its cuisine. The menu features Dalmatian and Croatian cuisine with a selection of meat and fish dishes.
KAŠTEL - This elegant restaurant owes its name to the original function of the building in which it is housed. The excellent fusion cuisine served here is Dalmatian in style, with French, Italian and even Peruvian influences. Don’t be surprised to find ceviche on the menu – the chef was born in Peru!
