Croatia is selected as the host of two TP52 SUPER SERIES races, one of the most prestigious regattas in the world. The host of the race, which is set to take place from 19 to 24 June 2018 in the Zadar Channel is D-Marin Dalmacija, the largest Croatian marina.

The TP52 class is known as the Formula 1 of sailing, and the SUPER SERIES regatta is the world’s best monohulled sailboat race. The importance of this competition is highlighted by the fact that races are usually held in some of the most exclusive destinations in the world, such as Miami, Key West, Porto Cervo, Menorca and Scarlino.

The TP52 SUPER SERIES regatta brings together about 500 participants from all around the world, including current and former Olympic champions and winners of the most significant regattas in the world, such as the Americas Cup. Some of the biggest names in the sailing world, such as Sir Ben Ainslie, have already confirmed their participation in Zadar.
