Re-establish mind and body connection. Release stress and calm the body. Learn yoga or advance existing techniques (Ashtanga and Vinyasa) under the guidance of a certified yoga instructor. Learn the basics of sea kayaking and explore nautical attractions in the archipelago. Trek to your own beach and up hills for views of the area. Take a gastronomical tour of the local area and pair the best wine with the best cheese of the Croatian islands. Sample local produce: goat milk and cheese, organic honey, free-range eggs and local organic vegetables. Let pleasure flow through your mind and body.
